This image was taken from a guerrilla tour stop at a skate park in Atlanta, sent to truth's web and PR team and ultimately used for the website background for all of 2016.
I shot and animated this piece of content for truth's, the nation's largest teen tobacco prevention campaign, instagram with a following of close to 50,000 while on tour with them as a marketer and content creator. To view full animation click here.
The image I shot of Jami Morgan of Code Orange shot on Mayhem Festival 2015 was ultimately used for multiple t - shirt designs in the band's 2015 and 2016 touring cycles. The shirts with the design were sold at This Is Hardcore 2015, I AM KING Australia, Bane's Final European Tour, The 25th Hour Tour, and when the band supported Deftones in early 2016. Colors of the shirt varied depending on the tour or festival stop but the use of the image is the same. The shirt is still available for purchase here if you wish to support the band and my work.
FACES OF FINISHERS FOR @TRUTHORANGE (2015-2016)
My first year traveling the country with Truth, the nation's largest teen tobacco prevention campaign, on Mayhem Festival 2015 I was put in charge of the shooting portraits of teens attending the festival for the brand's new "Faces of Finishers" campaign for social. At each tour stop I would shoot a portrait of and interview a teen with an interesting story about how tobacco use of friends, family, or even their own use of it has effected their world view. I have continued shooting this project over the course of three other tours in 2016, primarily Vans Warped Tour and High School Nation Tour. Over 1000 portraits and interviews took place and are currently in a queue for use on the brand's instagram with a following of over 46,000 .
DJ CLEAN X STAPLE PIGEON
Worked directly with the international producer and DJ, Anthony McClean, with his first major brand deal with Staple Pigeon on Vans Warped Tour as he promoted the brand to his following and fans of the tour.
SMOKING GIVES YOU WRINKLES FOR @TRUTHORANGE (2016)
I teamed up with makeup artist and social media maven, Karina Delgadilo, and our mutual friend, Kellie McCarthy, on Vans Warped Tour to recreate the imagery on one of the shirts truth was giving out on their 2016 tours for a photo post for the brand's instagram.
